As a founding member of The Toolworks, Louis is responsible for the overall direction of the company and its activities.
As a mechincal engineer by training, Louis developed an interest in design and man-machine interfaces which led him to work at the design consultancy PSD, where he was responsible for technology.
After PSD, he joined the specialist innovation consultancy Viadynamics where he was again in charge of technology and has worked on many innovation assignments and led all technology projects.
With Chris Thompson, Louis has now founded The Toolworks to focus on technology assignments especially web based tools that can be used to help improve the performance of businesses.
Louis has a broad range of skills in many technical fields. As a consultant he is keen to expand his knowledge and find appropriate solutions to problems working closely with his clients.
At The Toolworks Louis is keen to help businesses ensure they are well equipped to meet the challenges of the 21st century.
Louis still maintains a keen interest in engineering and technology, especially in relation to energy management and efficiency.
